Features

Everything NoRush does, and why

NoRush has ten features, and they follow the life of a task: see it, start it, stay with it, finish it. Each page explains the ADHD difficulty the feature answers, the research behind it, and what it does not do.

See it

A task you cannot see is a task you forget. These two keep the current task and the time left in front of you, on whatever page you are working in.

Start it

Starting is usually the hardest part. These make the first move smaller: catch the thought, cut the task down, or let chance pick when you cannot.

Stay with it

Once you are going, the job is to protect the session from the internet, from noise and from an audience.

Finish, and stop

Finishing should feel like something, and the day should have an end. These two handle the reward and the stopping point.
