Refund Policy
We would rather be clear before you pay than vague afterward.
The short version
NoRush is free for 7 days with every feature and no card. Please use that week to decide. Once you buy a plan, the payment is not refunded, except where the law requires it or you were charged in error.
Try first, with nothing at risk
The free trial includes every feature. It starts by itself, needs no account and no card, and never turns into a paid plan on its own. Nobody is charged without choosing a plan and completing a checkout.
After you buy
- Monthly and Yearly plans are not refunded, in full or in part. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase and is not refunded.
When we do refund
- You were charged in error, for example twice for the same plan.
- The law where you live gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw. That right always applies.
How to cancel a subscription
- Open the receipt email from Gumroad.
- Click "Manage membership".
- Choose to cancel. You will not be charged again.
Your tasks stay saved on your computer whatever you decide, and you can download them at any time.

Questions people ask
I forgot to cancel and was charged for a renewal. Can I get that back?
Renewals are not refunded. You can cancel right away so you are not charged again, and you keep access for the period you paid for. Write to us if you think something went wrong and we will look into it.
I was charged twice. What should I do?
Email support@getnorush.com with the email address you paid with. A duplicate or mistaken charge is always refunded.
I live in the EU or the UK. Do I have a right to withdraw?
Consumer law in some countries gives you a period in which you can cancel an online purchase. Where the law gives you that right, it applies, and nothing in this policy takes it away.
