Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Cretivo Technologies ("we", "us"). By installing or using NoRush, you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain.
1. What NoRush is
NoRush is a browser extension that helps you manage tasks and focus, and this website. NoRush is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in NoRush or on this site replaces care from a qualified professional.
2. Who can use it
You may use NoRush if you are able to form a binding agreement where you live. Accounts and paid plans are not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age in your country.
3. The free trial
NoRush is free for 7 days from the first time it runs, with every feature included. The trial needs no account and no payment card, and it does not turn into a paid plan by itself. One free trial is offered per person.
When the trial ends, features pause until you choose a plan. Your tasks stay saved on your device, and you can download them at any time.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
- Plans: Monthly ($5), Yearly ($49) and Lifetime ($99, paid once). Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
- Seller: plans are sold through Gumroad, which is the seller of record. Your payment is also subject to Gumroad's own terms.
- Renewal: Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Lifetime does not renew.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time with the "Manage membership" link in your Gumroad receipt email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Price changes: if we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you before your next renewal. A Lifetime purchase is never charged again.
- Lifetime: "Lifetime" means for as long as NoRush is offered. It is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
5. Refunds
Because the free trial includes every feature and needs no card, payments are not refunded once made, except where the law gives you that right or where you were charged in error. The full policy is on the refunds page.
6. Your account
You need an account only to buy a plan or to sync between computers. Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
7. Your content
The tasks and notes you write are yours. We claim no rights over them. If you turn on sync, you allow us to store a copy only so we can deliver it to your other devices, as described in the privacy policy.
8. Fair use
Please do not:
- copy, resell or redistribute NoRush, or share a paid account with other people,
- try to get around the trial or plan checks,
- interfere with or overload our servers, or try to reach another person's data,
- use NoRush to break the law.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
9. Our rights in NoRush
NoRush, its design, code, name and content belong to Cretivo Technologies. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it under these terms.
10. Changes and availability
We improve NoRush over time, so features may change. We aim to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Browsers also change their rules for extensions, which can affect what NoRush is able to do.
11. No warranty
NoRush is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will meet your needs, improve your productivity, or work without interruption. You are responsible for your own deadlines and commitments. Do not rely on NoRush as your only reminder for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cretivo Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or missed deadlines. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using NoRush at any time by removing the extension. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously broken. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 9, 11 and 12, continue after the agreement ends.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. For significant changes, we will also tell account holders by email. Continuing to use NoRush after a change means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Cretivo Technologies is established, without affecting any consumer protections you have under the law where you live.
