What Tiimo is
Tiimo describes itself as a visual planning app for every neurotype, built with ADHD and autism in mind. It shows your day as a colorful timeline with icons, and includes a focus timer, an AI helper that breaks tasks down and estimates time, widgets and mood tracking. It runs on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Android and the web. There is a free version, and a Pro plan with a 7-day trial. It was named iPhone App of the Year in 2025.
What Tiimo does well
- A full visual timeline of the day, with icons and colors.
- It is on your phone and watch, so it goes where you go.
